Do not use Aevum for emergencies, symptoms, medication decisions, test-result interpretation, or urgent concerns.
Your account and responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, providing accurate information, deciding what information to submit, and using Aevum only for lawful purposes. Do not submit another person's information without permission or use Aevum to make decisions for someone else without appropriate professional involvement.
Recommendations, accuracy, and outcomes
Aevum outputs, including Scores, Blueprint summaries, Pulse items, reports, and future Coach-style recommendations, are informational and may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or unsuitable for your circumstances. They do not replace professional medical, nutritional, fitness, or healthcare advice. Individual outcomes vary, and no health, fitness, performance, longevity, or wellness outcome is guaranteed.
Content and intellectual property
Aevum's name, product experiences, site content, and design are intended for personal use with the service unless Aevum gives written permission otherwise. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service or content in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Availability and limitations
Features may be illustrative, manual, limited, changed, paused, or unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aevum does not promise uninterrupted availability or that information will be error-free. This template is not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific limitation-of-liability, dispute, payment, refund, age, and account-suspension terms that require formal legal review.
Referrals and communications
Referral milestones are eligibility markers only unless Aevum publishes a fulfilled benefit and written terms. Marketing communications depend on the separate consent collected on applicable forms; transactional account or confirmation messages may still be sent when requested.
